Using the service

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Impractical, and you agree to use it only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law.

You are responsible for your account and for the activity that happens under it. Keep your credentials secure.

Your content

You retain ownership of the materials you upload and the videos we generate for you. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and deliver that content in order to provide the service.

You represent that you have the rights to the materials you upload and that they do not infringe others’ rights or violate the law.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Impractical to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful, or to impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

Our intellectual property

The Impractical platform, software, and brand are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or technology except as needed to use the service.

Plans and payment

Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated output will meet every requirement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Impractical will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
